Evangelizing, Discipling, and Church Planting with the Jesus Film in:

Belize
In one village we had villagers both from the Belize border and the Guatemalan border to view the Jesus Film. I believe this is the first time many people saw it. It was a great experience for us, especially knowing the problems both countries have and then seeing that the Jesus Film could bring people from both sides to witness what Jesus did for them.  The Jesus Film helped many people realize what the Lord did for them.  Members who stopped coming to church have started coming again.  Others reconciled and accepted Jesus after seeing the Film.

Cuba (4 Teams)
We went to a small village, where 375 people came for the Jesus Film.  65 people responded to our invitation to accept the Lord. For the glory of the Lord a marriage was restored; the couple testified that the Jesus Film was the means used by the Lord for their restoration.  They are happy and rejoicing in the peace of the Lord in their home.  The Jesus Film is being guided by the Holy Spirit to win lost souls and restore those who have strayed from Him.

Dominican Republic (4 Teams)
The Jesus Film impacted the life of a young man.  He's single and lives in Agua Blanca.  He used to show up at church to make fun of the people who were attending.  He was involved in deep sin, including witchcraft.  Then he saw the Jesus Film, and his life changed.  Now he's a leader in the church.  His pastor testifies about the tremendous change in his life.  He moved to a different village, but he continues to travel 15 kilometers every weekend to help in his church.

Haiti (2 Teams)
A man attended a Jesus Film showing in the L'Anse Chretien area.  He spent most of his time drinking a cheap alcoholic beverage that is available for the masses of Haiti who can't afford commercially produced drinks.  He spent much of his time drunk and was abusive to his live-in lady friend and most everyone else.  Following his conversion, he gave up the alcohol and God changed his life. He decided it was time to get married so he could join the church.  He and his wife were both baptized in the Church of the Nazarene, and he now shares the gospel with everyone he meets.  He has begun preaching in the local church and hopes to receive biblical/theological education.

Jamaica
Bottom Pen was a very challenging area, and is known as a "gunman area." After showing the Jesus Film our team reports that they haven't heard any gunshots in the area.  They request us to come again.

Suriname
One night we showed the Jesus Film in a family home.  While we were inviting people to come to the showing, a special family requested that we show the Jesus Film in their home.  They requested us to pray for them at the end of the film.  They gave their hearts to the Lord, crying before Him.  They were hungry for the truth and wanted to know the truth.  They admitted that Jesus Christ is the truth and that He is God.  Pray for us in Suriname.  We can see that the Holy Spirit is using the Jesus Film as a great tool for evangelism.
